​Day 10 ​are Exercises for Your Lats
​Attach your short green tube inside the handles. Run the band through the door anchor and attach at the top of door. Kneel down facing the door. Sit up tall. Pull handles down. Don't hunch over and don't push handles in front. Think about your hands being "hooks" and you pull, elbows leading downward. Pause at the bottom and focus on the lat muscles activating.
