​Day 9 ​are Tricep Exercises
Everyone wants toned arms, but, people sometimes get elbow pain from heavy tricep exercises. Here's a much more joint friendly option using the Busy Bee Body bands. You won't believe how much your tricep will be burning during this! I suggest using your medium resistance long tube (the blue color).
You control the resistance by where you place your foot.
Try to complete 3 sets of 15 reps each arm.
