​Day 4 is ​Mini Band Side Steps
​​​​It's all about the booty today! Put your mini loop band (medium or heavy) around the ankles. Keeping feet facing forward, step side to side. Don't let your knees cave inward. Think about opening or "leading" with your knees. Keep your knees soft. Try to do 10 steps right, then left, then right, then left (40 steps total). I recommend 3 rounds of 40 steps.
