​Day 12 ​are ​​Reverse Flies
​If you sit at a desk all day, you need to be doing this exercise regularly to help with your posture! This exercise works particularly well with a band. Attach the door anchor mid height (medium band- blue). Stand tall, shoulders down, long arms with slightly bent elbows. Sweep arms back. Don't sling. Stay controlled.
3 sets of 15 reps & 15 pulses
